How do I contact Lastu?
Fastest via Facebook Messenger at m.me/lastucase. Messenger is great for quick questions about orders, materials, and phone models, and the chatbot replies there first — if it can’t solve the issue, the message is passed to customer service. For official matters, such as returns and complaints, please use email at info@lastu.co. Instagram direct messages also work.

Contact customer service before sending the package back. This helps us make sure your return is registered correctly and your refund gets moving as soon as the package arrives. Without prior notice, a return may sit unrecognized.
Our non-personalized products have a 30-day return period. Personalized products — phone cases ordered with your own image, logo, or engraving — cannot be returned or exchanged, because they are made exclusively for you. This is based on the distance selling exception in consumer protection law. Of course, this does not apply to a faulty product: if the product has a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right regardless of whether it was personalized.
Where is my order?
Every Lastu is made to order, so delivery isn’t just picking something from a shelf. Production takes 2–10 days, depending on the model and design, followed by delivery in 2–5 business days. Personalized phone cases and rarer phone models are at the upper end of that range.
You’ll get an email when your phone case ships. Free letter delivery does not include tracking – you’ll get a tracking code when you choose tracked delivery at checkout. You can also check the status via order tracking. If the tracking hasn’t updated for several days or the estimated delivery time has passed, send us a message — we’ll sort it out with the postal service for you.
Sometimes the reply takes a little longer — and there’s a reason
Lastu is a small Nordic maker. During busy production periods — before Christmas, after a new phone model launch — the whole team is in the workshop making phone cases, so replies may take a day or two longer.
We don’t leave any message unanswered. If you haven’t heard from us in a few days, send the message again or try another channel — it got lost, not ignored.

How quickly do you respond?

Can I return a phone case ordered with my own image?
No. Personalized products — phone case ordered with your own image, logo, or engraving — are excluded from the right of return under consumer protection law, because they are made exclusively for you. If the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we’ll sort it out as usual.
How long will it take to make my order?
Production takes 2–10 days, and delivery after that takes 2–5 business days. Standard models are at the lower end of the range, personalized Case and rarer phone models at the higher end. You’ll receive an email when your phone case ships. Free letter delivery does not include tracking – you’ll get a tracking code when you choose tracked delivery at checkout.
Do you have a shop or pickup point?
No. Lastu is an online store and workshop, and all Case are made to order in Northern Finland. The Nahkatehtaankatu address is the postal address and company visiting address, not a shop — so please do not send a return there unless you have agreed it with us first.
Do you sell through resellers?
No. We sell only in our own online store so every phone case can be made individually to order, not for stock. You’ll find the reasoning on the page why Lastu does not use resellers.
