Why Lastu has no resellers
No middlemen — because the case is built for you
Lastu isn't sold in shops or through distributors. The reason isn't ideological, it's practical: the case is only made after the order, using the buyer's own choices, and a product like that cannot sit on a shelf waiting.
Why does Lastu only sell in its own shop?
Because every case is different: the phone model, the material, any image or engraving and the MagSafe option are all decided at the moment of ordering. A reseller would have to stock finished standard cases, which would drop the personalisation and leave part of the stock unsold. Selling directly keeps the range effectively unlimited, keeps waste low — and keeps the price the same for everyone.
What this means for you
- The range isn't limited by shelf space. More than a hundred phone models and every material are always available to order, including the rarer models.
- Personalisation is always included. Your own photo, engraving or logo can go on any order. See the design guide →
- The same price for everyone. There is no reseller margin to add, and the price doesn't change depending on where you buy.
- Support comes from the maker. A complaint is answered by the same people who made the case, not a third party.
- Less waste. Nothing is made for stock, so there is no unsold production. More on responsibility →
- Delivery takes its time. That is the trade-off: production takes 2–10 days and delivery a further 2–5 business days.
Exceptions
What about business orders and collaborations?
Larger batches with a company logo or an emblem are made for companies, clubs and events. Those also go directly through us rather than a reseller. See the business cases collection or ask for a quote from customer service.
Design collaborations such as RATIA × Lastu are pattern collaborations — the cases are still made by us and sold here.
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy Lastu cases in a shop?
No. Cases are sold only in the lastu.co online store, because each one is made to order according to the customer's choices.
Can I become a Lastu reseller?
We don't work with resellers. Business collaborations and logo batch orders can be arranged directly, though — get in touch with customer service.
Is buying online more expensive?
It isn't. With no middlemen there is no reseller margin in the price, and the price is the same for every customer.
Who handles the warranty and complaints?
We do. The cases carry a 180-day warranty, and complaints are handled directly through the online store's customer service.
