Kantoasiakas – Nugget, Chunk and Motherlode
Every order unlocks more for your next case
Kantoasiakas is Lastu's loyalty programme. It has no points and no codes. After your first order you get engraving free on your next case. After the second you can choose engraving or a LEKA screen protector, and after the third the choice widens to the MagSafe feature – permanently. The benefit is always 5 € per case; the freedom to choose grows.

How does Kantoasiakas work?
Your tier is based on how many orders you have placed, and the benefit is deducted automatically in the cart once you are logged in. One order = Nugget (engraving 0 €), two orders = Chunk (engraving or a LEKA screen protector 0 €, your choice), three or more = Motherlode (engraving, LEKA or the MagSafe feature – one of your choice 0 €, permanently). The benefit is 5 € per case, so every case in the same order gets its own. Nothing to activate, no codes needed.

The benefit is 5 € for every case you order and applies to the add-on you choose. If you select more than one eligible add-on for the same case, the 5 € applies to one of them. Engraving price varies by case (2–5 €); the benefit covers engravings and the logo or patch print on fabric cases. Colour printing (photo or logo in colour, 7 €) is not included. Ready-made engravings from our catalogue are always free for everyone. For LEKA, one piece is free and a bigger pack is 5 € cheaper.
Three steps, no forms
- Order a case. Every order placed with the same email address counts – including orders from before the programme started.
- Log in before your next order. Login uses a code sent to your email, no password needed. Log in here.
- Choose add-ons as usual. Engraving, LEKA and MagSafe are selected on the product page as normal; your tier benefit (5 € per case) is deducted automatically in the cart.
How to log in so the benefit applies
The benefit recognises you by your email address. There is no password and nothing to remember.
- Tap the account icon (the person symbol) at the top of the page, or the "Log in" link in the cart.
- Enter the same email address you ordered with before. If you do not remember it, look for a Lastu order confirmation in your inbox: the address it was sent to is the right one.
- You receive a one-time code by email. Type it in. A new code is sent every time you log in, so there is nothing to remember.
- Done. The product page shows your tier, and the benefit is deducted in the cart automatically.
No points, no codes, no expiry
Why Kantoasiakas? In Finnish, kanta-asiakas means a regular customer and kanto means a tree stump – one letter apart. The tiers are named after gold panning in Lapland: a nugget (hippu) is what you find in the pan first, a chunk (möykky) takes some digging, and the motherlode (kimpale) is what people went north for in the first place.
Points systems reward bookkeeping. We want to reward coming back. That is why the benefit is always the same concrete thing – an add-on you would otherwise pay for – and it is deducted automatically. Motherlode does not expire: after your third order you can choose engraving, LEKA or the MagSafe feature for free on every order you place.
The add-ons are chosen on purpose: engraving makes the case yours, LEKA protects the screen and MagSafe holds your charger, wallet and grip.

A case is usually ordered when the phone changes, when you want a change, or when you are looking for a gift. Your tier is based on your orders regardless of who the case is for – a gift case gets the same benefits as your own.
Kantoasiakas – frequently asked questions
Do I need to sign up for the programme?
No. Your tier is calculated automatically from the number of orders you have placed. Just log in before ordering so the store recognises you.
I ordered before without an account. Do those orders count?
Yes. Orders are matched by email address. Log in with the same email you ordered with and your earlier orders and tier apply immediately.
How do I know which email I ordered with?
Look for a Lastu order confirmation in your inbox. The address it was sent to is the right one. If you paid with Shop Pay, it is the same email as your Shop account.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
There has never been a password. You log in with a one-time code sent to your email, and a new code is sent every time. Just enter your email address and the code.
I used a different email last time. Does the benefit still build up?
The benefit is counted by email address, so orders under different addresses are not linked automatically. Log in with the address your earlier orders were placed with. If your address has changed permanently, contact us and we will merge the orders under one address.
Does the benefit show on the product page?
When you are logged in, the product page price and the Add to cart button show your tier deduction as soon as you select an add-on. Logged out, the price is the same for everyone. The final total is always calculated in the cart and at checkout, where the discount is listed on its own line.
Can I combine the benefit with a discount code?
Yes. The Kantoasiakas benefit is applied automatically and you can use one discount code on top of it. See current discount codes.
Does the LEKA benefit cover more than one protector?
Yes. The benefit is 5 € off the LEKA line: one piece is free, and a two- or three-pack is 5 € cheaper than normal.
Can I get more than one benefit in the same order?
The benefit is 5 € per case. If you select more than one eligible add-on for the same case, for example engraving and MagSafe on the Motherlode tier, the 5 € applies to one of them. Order three cases and you get three benefits. The tiers widen which add-ons you can choose from.
How long does the Motherlode tier last?
Permanently. Once you have three orders behind you, you can choose engraving, LEKA or the MagSafe feature for free on every future order, with no expiry.
