This Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy applies to orders placed on Lastu.co and fulfilled by Droplet Hitech Design Oy (Business ID: 24237686-6).

1) Returns (defective and non-defective)

  • Return window: 14 days from receiving your order.
  • Product condition (new only): Returned items must be unused, clean and in resalable condition. Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
  • Return method: By mail.
  • Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Restocking fee: No restocking fee is charged.

Exception: personalised / made-to-order items

Personalised or made-to-order items (for example phone cases made with your own photo, text, logo, or other custom choices) are produced according to your specifications and may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.

If a personalised/made-to-order item is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will resolve the issue by replacing the item, sending the correct item, or issuing a refund, as appropriate.


2) How to return an item

  1. Contact us first at [email protected] and include your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
  2. Pack the item securely for transit.
  3. Send the return by mail to:

3) Refunds

  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund processing time: We process refunds within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refund amount: Refunds cover the returned item price. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a defective item or an incorrect delivery.

4) Exchanges

We accept exchanges. Exchanges are handled via customer support — please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and what you would like to exchange.


5) Business customers

For business customers, statutory 14-day consumer cancellation rights do not apply. Any returns or refunds for business orders are handled case-by-case.
