How do I know the case is right for my Galaxy S23 Ultra?
Choose Galaxy S23 Ultra in the model menu on the product page. The case is cut to the Galaxy S23 Ultra's dimensions with openings for the cameras, buttons and charging port. Other models in the same series (Galaxy S23 Plus, Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy S23) are different sizes, so their cases aren't interchangeable.
If you're unsure of your model, check Settings → About phone on your phone.
Do MagSafe chargers and accessories work with the Galaxy S23 Ultra?
Yes, when you add MagSafe to the case (+€5). The magnetic ring is built into the case, so MagSafe car mounts, chargers, the KRIP finger grip and KARB card wallet attach to the Galaxy S23 Ultra too. Wireless charging works through the case at the phone's own charging speed.
Is a LEKA screen protector available for the Galaxy S23 Ultra?
No. The Galaxy S23 Ultra's screen curves over the edges and a flat protector won't sit tightly, so LEKA isn't made for this model. The case's raised edge still keeps the screen off the table when you lay the phone face down.
How fast is a Galaxy S23 Ultra case delivered?
Cases are made to order in 2–10 days and then take 2–5 working days to arrive. Free shipping is an untracked letter; choose tracked shipping at checkout if you want a tracking code.
You'll get an email when the case leaves our workshop. If the letter hasn't arrived within 10 working days of that, contact us and we'll send a new one.
I accidentally ordered a Galaxy S23 Plus case – can I switch it to the Galaxy S23 Ultra?
Yes, if production of your case hasn't started. Email your order number and the correct model to info@lastu.co as soon as possible and we'll change it. Once the case has been made, the model can't be changed.
