How do I contact Lastu?
Fastest on Facebook Messenger at m.me/lastucase. Messenger is best for quick questions about an order, materials or phone models, and a chatbot answers there first — anything it cannot resolve is passed to our agent. For official matters such as returns and complaints, email info@lastu.co. Instagram DMs work too.

Contact customer service before you send the parcel back. That way we can make sure the return is registered correctly and your refund goes out as soon as the parcel arrives. Without advance notice a return can sit unidentified in our post.
Our products come with a 14-day right of return. Personalised products — cases ordered with your own image, logo or engraving — cannot be returned or exchanged, because they are made exclusively for you. This follows the distance selling exemption in consumer protection law. It does not apply to faulty goods: if there is a manufacturing defect, we will sort it out whether the case was personalised or not.
Where is my order?
Every Lastu is made to order, so shipping is not a matter of picking an item off a shelf. Making takes 2–10 days depending on the model and pattern, followed by 2–5 business days of delivery. Personalised cases and rarer phone models sit at the upper end of that range.
You will get a tracking code by email as soon as the parcel leaves. You can also check the status in order tracking. If tracking has not updated for several days, or the estimated delivery time has passed, send us a message — we will chase it up with the carrier for you.
Sometimes a reply takes a while — here is why
Lastu is a small Finnish manufacturer. During busy production periods — before Christmas, or right after a new phone model launches — the whole team is in the workshop making cases, and replies can stretch by a day or two.
We do not leave messages unanswered. If you have not heard from us in a few days, send it again or try another channel — it got lost, not ignored.

How quickly do you reply?
Our customer service agent answers messages on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Facebook Messenger is the fastest channel, and a chatbot helps you there immediately — many questions are solved right away. During busy production periods a reply may take a day or two, because the whole team is then involved in manufacturing.
Can I return a case ordered with my own image?
No. Personalised products — cases ordered with your own image, logo or engraving — are outside the right of return under consumer protection law, because they are made exclusively for you. If the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we will sort it out as normal.
How long does my order take?
Making takes 2–10 days, followed by 2–5 business days of delivery. Standard models are at the lower end of the range, personalised cases and rarer phone models at the upper end. You will get a tracking code by email as soon as the parcel leaves.
Do you have a shop or a pickup point?
No. Lastu is an online shop and a workshop, and every case is made to order in Northern Finland. The Nahkatehtaankatu address is our postal and registered address, not a store — so please do not send a return there without agreeing it with us first.
Do you sell through resellers?
No. We sell only in our own online shop, so that every case can be made individually to order rather than to stock. The reasoning is on our page why Lastu does not use resellers.
