RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE TERMS

Droplet Hitech Design Oy (Business ID: 2423768-6) sells products to private persons within Finland and the EU. All prices shown include VAT. We reserve the right to price and delivery cost changes.
All Lastu products have a 14-day return policy.
Within 6 months, you can replace your product with a 50% discount on the same product that you already have. Contact our support.
Based on Finnish consumer protection legislation, custom-made products do not have a right of return (cases with custom logo or picture, etc.).
Lastu Cases protect your phone against random drops and scratches. Ensure that no dust or sand gets between the case and the phone.Lastu Cases cannot protect your phone against all damages, so do not drop your phone even if you have the case. Keep the case and phone away from water/rain, etc. Wooden parts may be damaged by water. For any questions about Lastu Cases, contact our support. If you have accessories that are glued or come with magnetic attachments, please always be careful to hold your phone with your hands as well. As a company, we are not responsible for the breakage of your phone. Always handle your phone with care.
Placing an order
You can order products in the web store by placing products in the shopping basket and paying for them in the web store’s checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information provided when placing the order is used only for the delivery of the order and for resolving any possible issues with the order.When ordering from our web store, you are expected to have acquainted yourself and committed yourself to the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase.
Paying for your order
The payment service between vendors and consumers is offered in co-operation with banks and credit institutions. You as a consumer are not required to register or pay extra costs for using the payment service. All data transfer and money transactions are SSL secured, meaning that no external party can see your personal information.

Card payments and Danske Bank’s MobilePay payments in our webstore are provided by PayTrail Oy.During the transaction, all card information will be handled through a secure connection. Card numbers are not recorded in Paytrail Oy or the webstore’s systems; the card data is processed by the technical service provider Paytrail.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To be able to receive order and payment confirmation emails, you are required to fill in your email address when placing an order.
Delivery and costs
The delivery costs will be stated after you have chosen a payment and delivery method. We deliver orders as registered or unregistered mail, of which registered mail is trackable with a tracking code.
Delivery time
Our usual delivery times within Europe are 3-6 days depending on the order and delivery method. More specific delivery times will be stated on the product pages. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by force majeure or any damage due to delayed delivery. We will notify our customers of any exceptions in delivery times on the front page of our web store.
Terms for product exchanges and returns
You have a legal right according to the consumer protection law of Finland to exchange products or return your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return is only applicable to unused, re-sellable products in their original packing.
When usingany phone case, be aware that any sand or dust is not between the phone and case when using it. Droplet Hitech Design Oy is not responsible for the dirt and dust scratches on your device. Our phone cases protect against random drops and falls, but there can be some moments that your phone will break. Droplet Hitech Design Oy is not responsible if your device breaksbecause of dropping down.
When returning an order, please attach your customer number / name and contact information as well as your bank account number for money refunds.

Problem situations
In case your order has gone missing, has been damaged during delivery or you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, you are required to notify the relevant party or parties stated in the terms and conditions within 14 days.If the order has been damaged during delivery, a complaint must be filed with the carrier company immediately.
All Lastu products have a six-month warranty.
