All Lastu products have a 14-day right of return. Individually manufactured products, such as cases personalized with your own logo or image, are not covered by the right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

We offer the opportunity to exchange the product within 6 months for a 50% discount on the same product. Please contact our customer service for more information.

All payments in the Lastu online store are protected. Payment methods include online bank payments, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Pivo, and Siirto. Payments are processed securely via an SSL-protected connection.

Shipping costs and methods are specified at checkout. Deliveries to Finland and the EU area arrive in an average of 3–6 business days. Registered shipments can be tracked.

The product to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging. Remember to include your order number and your account number for the refund.

If your product has been lost or damaged during delivery, please contact our customer service within 14 days. Claims for damages must be made to the carrier immediately after delivery.

All Lastu products have a six-month warranty.
