Return, Refund, and Exchange Instructions (Nordic) – Lastu
These return, refund, and exchange policies apply to orders made through the Lastu.co online shop, maintained by Droplet Hitech Design Oy (Business ID: 24237686-6) in the Nordic region.

1) Returns (defective and non-defective)
- Return period: 30 days from receiving the product.
- Product condition (new only): The returned product must be unused, clean, and fit for sale. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.
- Return method: By mail.
- Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- Return handling fee: We do not charge a return handling fee.
Exception: personalized and custom-made products
Personalized or custom-made products (for example, phone cases with your own picture, text, logo, or other customization) do not have a legal right of cancellation, as the product is made according to the customer’s wishes.
If a personalized/custom-made product is faulty or incorrectly delivered, we will fix the situation by sending the correct product, exchanging the product, or refunding the payment.
2) How to make a return
- Notify us about the return by email at [email protected]. Include your order number and what you are returning in the message.
- Pack the product carefully for transport.

3) Refunds
- Refund method: Refunds are made to the same payment method used in the original order.
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 14 days after the return has been received and inspected.
- Refund amount: The refund covers the price of the returned products. Delivery costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product or delivery.
4) Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Exchanges are handled through customer service – contact us at: [email protected].
5) Business customers
Business customers do not have a legal 30-day right of cancellation. Any returns and refunds are agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
