This website is maintained by Droplet Hitech Design Oy (hereinafter "Lastu", "we", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms of use ("Terms of Use", "Terms"). The Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, partners, and content creators.

If you do not accept all the terms of use, do not use this website or services. New features and tools are also subject to these terms. We may update the terms without separate notice. It is the user's responsibility to check the terms of use regularly.

The online store operates on the Shopify Inc platform, which enables the sale of our products online.

There must be no sand or dust between the phone and the case – it can scratch the device. Lastu is not responsible for any damage caused by the device being dropped or misused, even if a Lastu case is used.

We do not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption, error-free, or securely. You use the service at your own risk. All products and services are provided "as is" without express or implied warranties.

Lastu and its staff are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including data loss, loss of income, or other similar losses, unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise.

14. Liability for Damages

You agree to release Lastu and its employees, representatives, and partners from all claims or expenses arising from a breach of these terms or from violations of laws and third-party rights.

15. Invalidity of the Terms

If any part of these terms of use is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of the other terms. Such a provision will be removed only to the extent required by law.

16. Termination of the Agreement

These terms of use are valid until either you or we terminate them. You can terminate the agreement at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services or when you stop using the site.

If we suspect that you have violated these terms, we may terminate the agreement without prior notice and block your access to the service. You are still responsible for all unpaid debts up to the termination of the agreement.
