All Lastu cases are handmade to order in Oulu. Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days. In urgent cases, you can contact customer service. We do not deliver the products ourselves, but Posti should handle it for us, although they don't always do their job.
If the phone case does not fit or has a defect, you can get a replacement or a new one. Notify us within 14 days and include a photo.
