• Northern wood species – curly birch, gray ash (kelo), birch – are veneered and finished by hand in Oulu. Each case has a unique grain pattern.
• Reindeer leather, salmon leather, and water-repellent cork provide a soft feel and develop a beautiful patina.
• 600 D/500 D Cordura® fabric and genuine M05, MultiCam®, M90, etc. defense force fabrics make special models extremely wear-resistant.

Frame and protection

• Shock-absorbing TPU inner frame combines with durable natural materials. 1.5 mm raised edge keeps both the screen and camera off surfaces.
• Case surface thickness approx. 1.3 mm and weight only ~28 g, so the protection doesn't make your phone bulky.
• SGS laboratory certified MIL-STD-810H 516.8 – 2 m drop test on every corner.

MagSafe & wireless charging

• A hidden neodymium ring (optional) provides full MagSafe compatibility for iPhone, Samsung, Pixel, OnePlus, and Nothing models, and keeps accessories firmly in place.

Compatibility and finish

• Precision CNC-milled port and speaker openings, responsive buttons, and a matte black TPU edge ensure a perfect fit for over 150 phone models.
• All Lastu cases are made to order in Oulu, delivery 2–8 business days within the EU, and come with a 6-month material warranty.

Delivery

• Free letter delivery to Finland and the EU (no tracking). If you want a tracking code, you can choose a paid Posti parcel or registered letter at checkout.
• Orders are shipped from our Oulu workshop in 1–5 business days; estimated delivery times: Finland 1–8 days, EU 3–10 days, rest of the world 5–14 days.
• We deliver outside the EU with EMS service, which includes tracking and customs documents.
• Shipments not picked up will be returned at the sender's expense.

Returns and exchanges

• 14-day return policy for unused products in original packaging.
• Personalized products (e.g. your own photo, logo, or engraving) are not eligible for return.
• You can exchange the product within 6 months for the same model with a 50% discount.
• Include your order number and IBAN account number with the return for a refund.
• Any transport damages must be reported to Posti and Lastu within 14 days.
• All Lastu products have a 6-month material and manufacturing defect warranty.
