Natural materials
- Northern wood species – curly birch, gray ash (kelo), birch – are veneered and finished by hand in Oulu. Each case has a unique grain pattern.
- Reindeer leather, salmon leather, and water-repellent cork provide a soft feel and develop a beautiful patina.
- 600 D/500 D Cordura® fabric and genuine M05, MultiCam®, M90, etc. defense force fabrics make special models extremely wear-resistant.
Frame and protection
- Shock-absorbing TPU inner frame combines with durable natural materials. 1.5 mm raised edge keeps both the screen and camera off surfaces.
- Case surface thickness approx. 1.3 mm and weight only ~28 g, so the protection doesn't make your phone bulky.
- SGS laboratory certified MIL-STD-810H 516.8 – 2 m drop test on every corner.
MagSafe & wireless charging
- A hidden neodymium ring (optional) provides full MagSafe compatibility for iPhone, Samsung, Pixel, OnePlus, and Nothing models, and keeps accessories firmly in place.
Compatibility and finish
- Precision CNC-milled port and speaker openings, responsive buttons, and a matte black TPU edge ensure a perfect fit for over 150 phone models.
- All Lastu cases are made to order in Oulu, delivery 2–8 business days within the EU, and come with a 6-month material warranty.

Delivery
- Free letter delivery to Finland and the EU (no tracking). If you want a tracking code, you can choose a paid Posti parcel or registered letter at checkout.
- Orders are shipped from our Oulu workshop in 1–5 business days; estimated delivery times: Finland 1–8 days, EU 3–10 days, rest of the world 5–14 days.
- We deliver outside the EU with EMS service, which includes tracking and customs documents.
- Shipments not picked up will be returned at the sender's expense.
Returns and exchanges
- 14-day return policy for unused products in original packaging.
- Personalized products (e.g. your own photo, logo, or engraving) are not eligible for return.
- You can exchange the product within 6 months for the same model with a 50% discount.
- Include your order number and IBAN account number with the return for a refund.
- Any transport damages must be reported to Posti and Lastu within 14 days.
- All Lastu products have a 6-month material and manufacturing defect warranty.

Lastu protective cases are made from FSC-certified northern wood species (curly birch, ash / dead pine, oak, walnut), genuine reindeer and salmon leather, and shock-absorbing TPU frame. Each wooden phone case is unique, as the grain pattern naturally varies.
The case's TPU inner frame and 1.5 mm raised edge protect the screen and camera.
The model has been tested in an SGS laboratory with the MIL-STD-810H 516.8 – 2 meter drop test (26 angles), so your phone will reliably withstand everyday bumps. Read more about protection.
Yes. The optional internal neodymium ring makes the case fully MagSafe-compatible with iPhone, Samsung, Pixel, and OnePlus models, allowing wireless charging and accessories to attach just as securely as with Apple’s original case. Add MagSafe functionality to your case on the product page.
The total thickness of the case is about 1.3 mm and the weight is on average 28g, so the lightweight wooden protective case does not make the device bulky nor prevent wireless charging. Read more.
Yes. Unused products have a 14-day right of return. Personalized engravings are unique and do not have a right of return, but they can be exchanged for a new one at 50% of the price within six months.
Wipe the surface with a dry microfiber cloth and, if necessary, add a drop of natural oil along the grain of the wood. It is advisable to protect the leather with a colorless conditioner. Avoid strong chemicals so that the domestic wooden case develops a beautiful patina and lasts for years.

Live preview shows your choices in real time – but every Case is still unique, as the fabric is cut by hand. No mass production, no two cases are exactly alike. Note that printing is only done in the center of the case on domestic black birch, as genuine military fabrics cannot be printed on directly.
