What material is the frame of the Lastu cases made of?

In 2011, two friends from Oulu, Sakke and Jussi, wondered if traditional plastic phone Case could be replaced with something more authentic and meaningful. They believed that phone cases could be made from Finnish natural materials—such as wood and leather—bringing a piece of northern nature into the world of technology. This is how Lastu was born, a brand that began producing domestic wooden phone covers.
